        Hard rubber is wrapped in a layer of plastic outside the bearing, most of which are engineering plastics such as nylon, POM, ABS, etc. After coating, the outside is flat, with U-shaped groove or V-shaped groove, or spherical surface. There are more PU in soft rubber polyurethane. Products are widely used in industrial machinery and equipment, transmission equipment, doors and windows, furniture, hardware pulley, etc.

    As long as the relative humidity of the storage room does not exceed 60% and the temperature changes little, the bearing can be stored in the original package for several years.

        2. For sealed bearings or bearings with dust covers, the lubrication characteristics of grease filled in bearings may be reduced after long-term storage. The storage room should also be protected from vibration and shaking.

        3. Bearings not stored in the original package should be properly preserved to prevent corrosion and pollution.

        4. The large rolling bearing can only be placed horizontally when it is stored, and it is better to support all the sides of the inner and outer rings.

        5. If it is stored upright, because the inner and outer rings and rolling parts are heavy, and the inner and outer ring walls are relatively thin, it may cause permanent deformation.
